1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999gb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999gb website at https://999gb.vip and all associated gaming, betting and payment services. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2Eligibility Requirements
Access to the 999gb platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

Age Verification: 999gb takes underage gambling obligations seriously. If we have reason to believe a registered account is held by a person under 21, we will suspend the account pending identity verification. Any winnings accrued during ineligibility will be void and forfeited.
3Account Registration and Security
To access 999gb's gaming, betting and payment services you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- Each player may hold only one active 999gb account. Opening multiple accounts — using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
- All registration information provided to 999gb must be accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date and must notify [email protected] of any change to your registered mobile number, email or contact details.
- Your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — are personal and confidential. Do not share them with anyone. 999gb will never ask for your full password. - 999gb may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals or account closure.
- Players are responsible for all activity on their 999gb account. Allowing a third party to access your account — intentionally or negligently — means you accept full responsibility for all activity carried out during that period.
999gb may set minimum and maximum account balance limits at its discretion. Funds in an account that has been inactive for a defined period may be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 999gb platform are subject to the following terms. 999gb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.
- Minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. 999gb charges no platform fee on deposits; your payment provider may apply its own charges.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 999gb may require additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. 999gb aims to process all approved withdrawals on the same business day.
- Deposits via bKash or Nagad are credited to your 999gb account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Delays caused by the provider's own systems are outside 999gb's control.
- 999gb does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in funds being returned and the account reviewed.
- Deposits made in error by the player are not automatically refundable once credited to the account. Contact [email protected] as promptly as possible if a deposit error occurs.
- Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. 999gb may set maximum daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits that vary by payment method and account verification level. Current limits are published in the account cashier section.
999gb does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards or payment methods not listed in the cashier section. Attempts to deposit using unlisted methods may result in funds being delayed, returned or held pending investigation where fraud is suspected.
5Bonuses and Promotions
999gb offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. Where any conflict exists between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific terms take precedence.
- Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount in total).
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per registered payment method. 999gb reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus claimed by a player who does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
- Bonus funds and free spin winnings are usually restricted to specific games or categories as specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on restricted games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Bonuses expire as stated in the promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed before expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are forfeited automatically.
- 999gb may modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress for an active bonus is honoured to completion.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in all bonuses being voided, winnings forfeited and the relevant account(s) permanently suspended.
6Responsible Gaming
999gb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on all players and form part of these Terms:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Players may configure session alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration, helping maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
- Self-exclusion: Any player who feels their gaming is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and no deposits, wagers or bonus claims are accepted.
- Reality checks: 999gb may display periodic reality-check notifications during extended gaming sessions, reminding players of elapsed session time and their net session result, prompting them to review their activity.

7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999gb platform. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses and winnings voided and forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using fabricated or third-party identity details.
- Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any software designed to interact with the platform in a way inconsistent with normal human gameplay.

999gb investigates all reports of prohibited conduct thoroughly before taking action. Where an investigation is ongoing, 999gb may place a temporary hold on account withdrawals pending the outcome.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the 999gb platform — including website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 999gb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 999gb.

10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999gb's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 999gb shall not be liable for any of the following:

- Any financial loss arising from a player's decision to wager. All gambling on 999gb involves an inherent risk of financial loss. Players participate voluntarily and accept this risk as a condition of use.
- Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the 999gb platform — including odds, statistics, game rules summaries or promotional descriptions — where such information contains an inadvertent error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 999gb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11Account Suspension and Termination
999gb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account and to void outstanding bonus balances and pending bets in the following circumstances:
- Where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Where a player fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe, or where documents submitted are found to be falsified or do not match registration details on file.
- Where a player account has been inactive (no login, deposit or wagering) for a continuous period of 12 months. 999gb will attempt to notify the player at their registered email before any closure action is taken.
- At the player's own request. Players wishing to permanently close their account may contact [email protected]. Any verified balance in a closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC requirements.
12Amendments to These Terms
