2What Personal Data We Collect

• Identity data: full name, date of birth, gender and a copy of a government-issued identity document submitted during KYC verification. This data is required to confirm eligibility (21+ age requirement) and to prevent the use of false identities.
• Contact data: registered mobile number, email address, and — where provided — a physical address in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar or other locations). Contact data is used for account communications, security alerts and support.
• Financial data: bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay mobile wallet identifiers, bank account details (where used for deposits or withdrawals), transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates and payment method references. This data is required to process transactions and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, session timestamps, referral URLs and cookie identifiers. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud detection and platform performance analysis.
• Gaming and betting data: game play history, bet amounts, wager outcomes, bonus usage, session durations and responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, self-exclusion records, session reminder preferences). • KYC and identity documents: retained for the duration of the account plus a minimum of 5 years following closure. Where a suspicious activity report has been filed, documents may be retained for a longer period pending formal resolution.
• Support communications: retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of the last interaction, to enable dispute resolution and service quality auditing.
• Technical and analytics data: retained in aggregate, anonymised form beyond the periods above, for platform performance and trend analysis purposes. Individually identifiable technical data is deleted or anonymised after 13 months.

999gb reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, operational requirements or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address and by displaying a prominent notice on the 999gb platform before the changes take effect. The effective date of the current version of this Policy is displayed in the document information bar at the top of this page.

• Minor updates that do not materially affect your rights or our data processing practices may be made without prior notice. We encourage all players to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of how 999gb protects their data.
• Where the revised Policy materially reduces your rights or significantly changes how your data is used, you will be given the opportunity to review the changes before they apply to your account. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you may close your account by contacting [email protected].

Archive policy: 999gb retains superseded versions of this Privacy Policy for a minimum of 5 years from the date they were replaced, in accordance with our general record-keeping policy.
